What is “Pending” in the Earnings section?

Pending is the amount of money that you’ve earned but cannot cash out yet because it’s still within the pending window. This period of time depends on each retailer. You can see the pending window in the “Special Conditions” section on the retailer page in the Earny app.

Once the money is moved from "Pending" to your "Current" balance, we will be sure to notify you. 

If you cancel or return the item while it’s still in your “Pending” balance, the amount will be reversed.
