GMAIL:
If you are still having issues logging in, please do the following:
- Log in to your gmail account on a desktop computer
- Click on the gear icon on the upper right-hand corner, then click on "Settings"
- Click on the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab and ensure IMAP access is enabled
- Click on the "Labels" tab and make sure "All Mail" has "Show in IMAP" checked. PLEASE NOTE that it must be "All Mail" and not just "Inbox"
iCloud:
If you are still having issues logging in, please do the following:
- Visit My Apple ID. (https://appleid.apple.com/)
- Click Manage your Apple ID .
- Type your iCloud Mail email address over Apple ID under Sign In..
- Enter your iCloud Mail password over Password.
- Click Sign In.
- Select Password and Security.
- If prompted, enter your answers to the security questions under Please answer your security questions, then click Continue.
- Click Generate Password under App Specific Passwords.
- Enter password.
- Copy and paste the app-specific password and save it for your reference. Use this password to login to your Earny account.
AOL:
From the main screen of your aol desktop email:
- Go to into options
- Account info
- Security.
- Create an app specific password for Earny and then login with that password.
Outlook:
In order to login with Outlook, you must allow IMAP access on Office365:
- Go to the Exchange Control Panel
- Click on "Mailbox Features”
- Enable IMAP from there.
- Register to Earny once again to start earning money back!
