My feed is empty. What should I do?
If you just downloaded the app, don’t worry, it takes a bit of time until your purchases appear in the feed. Earny tracks your purchases as far as 90 days back.

If it’s been some time and your purchases still have not appeared, let Earny know at contact@earny.co


Can I change my email address?
Yes, you can create as many accounts as you want :). Our recommendation for a maximum number of refunds is that you sign up with the email address where you send most of your shopping receipts. In order to register with another email address just log out through the settings screen and then set up an account with your new address.


I placed an order but it is not appearing on the feed yet and it has been a few days. What do I do
If it has been longer than 72 hours, please make sure you registered using the email address where you send your receipts. Earny looks from price drops in items you purchased by looking at the receipts sent to your email inbox.

If you did not register using the email where you send your receipts, please register again using the email address where you send your receipts to.
